Hooking the Crypto Property Object into the MessageContext so that parent WSHandler can find it and create Crypto instance. Parent class method WSHandler.loadSignatureCrypto() tries to load the Property object from MessageContext and not from the handler it self. This method is overridden to set the property object into the MessageContext.
