extends com.bmc.arsys.arrpc.ArEncryptRPCSvrToCnt

We defined this class for two reason: The one generated by the jrpcgen from the arrpc.x is not the one ARServer is using. ARServer does not passing errorCode back for most of the procNumber calls.
